Some kids breeze through school. But many struggle, slip through the cracks and drop out, especially in Utah's inner-city schools. Thousands of concerned parents come to us, desperate to help their children succeed in school. They know that, without a quality education, they are headed for a life of non-productivity, poverty, or worse.
CHILDREN FIRST UTAH is an innovative nonprofit organization that provides partial scholarships to qualified low-income families who have nowhere else to turn. We believe that all of us will enjoy a more stable and safer community if we invest in the education of a child now.

Your child may already qualify for a private school scholarship worth up to $6,042 a year.

The Carson Smith Special Needs Scholarship is a state-funded program that allows students with a disability (including learning disabilities and severe cases of ADHD) to attend the eligible private school of their choice.
